Exercises is for how to do a lift, what to swap it for, and what good-enough form looks like.
Thread ideas
- "Front squat or goblet squat for a beginner?"
- "Low-bar or high-bar for a tall lifter?"
- "Shoulder hates flat bench. What can I swap in?"
- "How do I actually feel my lats on pulldowns?"
- "Hip thrust setup without a bench"
- "Best row variation when your lower back is cranky"
- "The one cue that fixed your bench"
Want a form check?
Form checks have their own room now: Form Check. Read How to ask for a form check first. It covers camera angles, a post template, and how to give useful feedback.
Do
- Give one or two cues, not twenty.
- Explain the why behind a cue, not just the cue.
- Share the swaps that worked for you and why.
Don't
- Don't film other people at the gym without asking.
- Don't diagnose pain. "My back hurts when I deadlift" needs a professional first.
- Don't roast anyone's form. Everyone was a beginner once.
