Guidelines

The public rooms

• No nudity and no sexual content.
• No body-shaming, and no pro-eating-disorder talk. Thinspo, pro-ana, and pro-mia are flagged.
• Training and nutrition posts are not medical advice. See a clinician for health decisions.
• Steroid, PED, and peptide discussion does not belong in the public Forge. It is routed to Eclipse.
• No sourcing, selling, or “PM me” deals anywhere, including Eclipse.
• Sparks are thanks. There is no downvote. Reputation comes from sparks received and answers people mark as helpful, not from raw post count.
• New accounts are rate-limited, and links stay off until the first few posts, so the floor does not fill with spam.

Eclipse

Eclipse is a separate opt-in section for steroid, PED, and peptide discussion. It is not linked in the navigation, it is hidden from search and the sitemap, and logged-out visitors cannot read it. A member opts in from Settings with a 21+ confirmation, the rules accepted, an account at least 30 days old, and a date of birth that shows they are 21. Access expires after a year and has to be confirmed again. Posts there do not earn Sparks or titles. You can leave in one click and optionally hide what you wrote. Counsel should review this section before a public launch.

Moderation

The ladder is a warning, then a 24-hour lockout, then 7 days, then a ban. You can appeal a ban from Settings. Moderators can hide a post, lock or move a thread, and the audit log records those actions. Hiding is not the same as deleting your export: the Vault download still includes what you wrote.

Your data

Settings has a one-click JSON export of your profile, goals, stats, photos, journal, posts, and sparks. You can also delete the account. Progress photos are private unless you mark a before/after public.
