What we store
An account holds your email, date of birth, username, profile, and the things you add: goals, workouts, journal entries, forum posts, fit posts, and photos. We use the email to send the magic-link sign-in message. We use the date of birth to enforce 18+ on the public site and 21+ for Eclipse. We don’t sell this data.
Photos and face blur
Phone photos are resized on your device before they upload, including HEIC pictures from an iPhone. Progress photos stay private unless you check the public box. If you also ask for face blur, the browser makes a second JPEG with the top of the frame blurred. Visitors are shown that blurred file. You still see the original. The original is not rewritten.
Cookies
Sign-in uses a cookie so the site knows it is you. A small preference can remember a theme choice and whether you dismissed the home-screen hint. We don’t use advertising cookies. The installable app does not keep a copy of signed-in pages for offline use.
Export and deletion
Settings has a download of your profile, goals, stats, photos, journal, posts, sparks, and reports you filed. The same page lets you delete the account. Deletion removes the login and the profile. Say so in the email to hello@ironluma.com if something is still sitting there and you want it gone.
Who else sees it
Other members see what you mark public. Moderators can see reports and hidden content so they can do their job. The site is hosted with Supabase for the database and Cloudflare for the app. Those providers process the data needed to run IronLuma. The Community Guidelines explain the rooms, including Eclipse.
