Plain questions and plain reports. No miracle claims, and no paid rankings.

    Thread ideas

    • "Creatine: does timing matter?"
    • "Stim-free pre-workout. Worth it?"
    • "Protein powder that doesn't wreck your stomach"
    • "Fish oil, vitamin D, magnesium: what do you actually take?"
    • "Honest review: 8 weeks on [product]"
    • "Which supplements are a waste of money?"
    • "Reading a label: what's a proprietary blend hiding?"

    Review template

    Product + brand:
    Why you took it:
    Dose and timing:
    How long you used it:
    What you noticed (and didn't):
    Side effects:
Bought it yourself or got it free?:

    Do

    • Say if you got a product free or have any tie to a brand. Every time.
    • Separate what the research says from what the label says.
    • Check with a doctor or pharmacist if you take any medication. Supplements can interact.

    Don't

    • No miracle claims ("burns fat while you sleep").
    • No affiliate links, discount codes, or "best of" lists you're paid for.
    • No selling.
    • Hormones, PEDs, and research compounds are Eclipse topics. They'll get bounced from here.
