Exercises is for how to do a lift, what to swap it for, and what good-enough form looks like.
Thread ideas
- "Form check: conventional deadlift, 315x3"
- "Low-bar or high-bar for a tall lifter?"
- "Shoulder hates flat bench. What can I swap in?"
- "How do I actually feel my lats on pulldowns?"
- "Hip thrust setup without a bench"
- "Is my squat deep enough?"
- "The one cue that fixed your bench"
Form-check template
Lift + weight x reps: Height / weight: How long you've done this lift: What feels off: Photos or video link:Filming tips: side view, camera about hip height, whole body in frame. Use a working set, not a max attempt. You can upload stills to your post. Video links work once links unlock for you (after your first few posts).
Do
- Give one or two cues, not twenty.
- Say what you'd check if you can't tell from the clip.
- Share the swaps that worked for you and why.
Don't
- Don't film other people at the gym without asking.
- Don't diagnose pain. "My back hurts when I deadlift" needs a professional first.
- Don't roast anyone's form. Everyone was a beginner once.
