Journals is one running training log per member. It's the old-school training journal: you post your sessions, people drop by to cheer and ask questions, and a year from now you can scroll back and see how far you've come.

    How to start yours

    1. Go to your Lumen (your profile).
    2. Write a journal entry and set it to public.
    3. Your first public entry creates your journal thread in this room. Every public entry after that adds to the same thread.

Private entries stay on your Lumen and don't show up here. You don't need the New thread button in this room.

What a good entry looks like

    Date:
    Session (e.g. Push A):
Lifts (weight x reps, each set):
    Bodyweight (optional):
    Sleep / food / energy:
    What went well:
    What didn't:
    Next time:

Tips for a journal people want to follow

    • Make your first entry an intro: stats, goals, and the program you're running.
    • Post consistently. Short entries beat no entries.
    • Log workouts in the workout logger too, so your stats, badges, and training identity keep up.
    • Add progress photos every few weeks. They're private unless you make a before/after public.
    • Reply to people who stop by.
    • Journal entries count toward your weekly streak.

    For visitors

    • Drop in, Spark good sessions, ask questions.
    • Don't hijack someone's journal with your own log. Start yours.
    • Only critique if they ask for it, and keep it useful.
