Prime 35+ is for lifters 35 and up, and anyone training for the long haul: joints, recovery, jobs, families, and still getting stronger.

    Thread ideas

    • "Started lifting at 42. Where do I begin?"
    • "Back in the gym after 15 years off"
    • "Knees don't like squats anymore. What do you do instead?"
    • "How many days a week can you recover from at 50?"
    • "Training around a desk job and a long commute"
    • "Still chasing PRs at 45"
    • "The warm-up that actually keeps me training"

    Do

    • Share what's kept you training for years.
    • Respect where people are starting from.
    • Got heart, blood pressure, or other health issues? Check with your doctor before ramping up.

    Don't

    • Don't tell anyone they're too old for something.
    • Don't push people to train through sharp pain.
    • Hormone talk is an Eclipse topic. It gets bounced from here.
