Review template
Product + brand: Why you took it: Dose and timing: How long you used it: What you noticed (and didn't): Side effects: Bought it yourself or got it free?:Do
- Say if you got a product free or have any tie to a brand. Every time.
- Separate what the research says from what the label says.
- Check with a doctor or pharmacist if you take any medication. Supplements can interact.
Don't
- No miracle claims ("burns fat while you sleep").
- No affiliate links, discount codes, or "best of" lists you're paid for.
- No selling.
- Hormones, PEDs, and research compounds are Eclipse topics. They'll get bounced from here.
