Training is the main floor: lifting, conditioning, mobility, and every "what should I do next" question.
Full plans go in Programs and how-to-do-a-lift threads go in Exercises (both inside this room). Not sure where something goes? Post it here.
Thread ideas
- "Stalled on bench for 6 weeks, what would you change?"
- "Beginner, 3 days a week. Is this enough?"
- "How do you warm up for heavy squats?"
- "Cardio while bulking: how much is too much?"
- "Training through a brutal month at work"
- "Home gym with dumbbells and a bench. Help me plan."
- "Deloads: when and how?"
Question template
The more you give, the better the answers.
Age / height / weight: How long you've been lifting: Goal: Split + days per week: Main lifts (weight x reps): Sleep and food, roughly: The actual question:Do
- Use a clear title. "Squat stuck at 225 for 3 months" gets answers. "Help" doesn't.
- Post your actual program and numbers.
- Come back and tell people what worked.
Don't
- Don't ask the forum to diagnose pain or an injury. See a doctor or physio, then ask for ideas to train around it.
- No PED talk. That goes to Eclipse.
- Don't trash someone's plan as "not optimal". Say what you'd change and why.
